Brandon Risher, M.A.is the founder of Elevate Strategic Services, providing integrative life coaching, executive coaching, consulting, and speaking for individuals, leaders, and mission-driven organizations. He holds a dual Master’s degree in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2012) and has worked in community mental health since 2007 and in private practice since 2013. He added public speaking in 2015 in the subjects of race and violence, grief, and various domains of mental health.
With over 11 years of experience in corporate training and organizational development—alongside a psychotherapy-informed foundation—Brandon helps clients build clarity, resilience, and measurable momentum without burning out. His approach is rooted in the bio-psycho-social model and informed by CBT principles and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, blending human insight with practical strategy. He is known for creating supportive, structured spaces where people strengthen communication, navigate high-stakes decisions, and turn insight into sustainable growth.
